dialog where whole history of working is stored. Using simple
selection of appropriate query the emails with or without URLs
can be stored as the simple file.
How to save
bulk email list results
1. To save freshly collected
emails only
Press button 'Save new emails' , the
save dialog will appear. It asks You for file name , please
use 'Browse' button.
If You're not marking the 'Save URLs'
checkbox and not specifying text qualifier the results in
target file will appear as
firstemail@lencom.com
secondmail@lencom.com
If You mark the 'Save URLs' checkbox and specify text
qualifier as " and separator as , the results will
appear as
"firstemail@lencom.com","http://www.lencom.com/index.htm"
"secondmail@lencom.com","http://www.lencom.com/parsing.htm"
2. Press button "Export
Emails" for full email management
The dialog will
let You export the bulk
emails grouped by keywords of the search. You
can select one or severeal targeted lists and export them as
a text file using similiar method as described
above.
How to filter emails during
extraction
The email spider
will not collect emails that matches specified wild card
pattern.
Rules to create a
wildcard pattern:
? Any single
character.
* Zero or more characters.
Example: *Lencom.com*
- matches all emails that contain
"Lencom.com"
*.org
- all the .org emails won't be
collected
How
to correct
Using the simple rules of pattering defined in "How to
filter" it's easy to selected emails and apply correction rule
to the list.
Example:
Problem decription: Some
emails are strange - they contain some unwanted
charachters like +somebody@domain.com
Solution
: Using patern *+* please create your list and
replace string + with nothing.

to delete domains in the email list
database
To allow
the bulk email extractor revisit previously scanned websites
You should clean the database . On "management" Tab there are
2 buttons for the purpose - whole database or
specified by query , date and
other.
