Fast Email Extractor :  Error  run-time '888'

SYMPTOMS : After instalation the product doesn't start, throwing an error message. Expecially using Windows XP Home Edition
STATUS : Caused by absence ODBC drivers. For resolution please download and install Microsoft Data Access Components from Microsoft Website

Visual Web Task :  "Next page action doesn't work"

SYMPTOMS : if HTML page uses INPUT tag of image type the "next page" doesn't work.
STATUS : Lencom has confirmed this to be a bug in the Lencom system library. Resolved on January 2004
 

 Fast Email Delivery Engine log message :"SMTP Error:"451: requested action aborted: too many messages on a single connection"

 

SYMPTOMS : During sending a campaing some messages fail having error code 451
STATUS : Some SMTP servers limit number connections from one computer. Please mark "Use only 1 connection" on your connection settings OR decrease number of thread down to 4 or 5.

" Visual Web Task doesn't support FRAMESET because the columns tree are not on selected frame."
SYMPTOMS : During columns creation for multiframed pages the "columns" tab tree doesn't show selected frame.
STATUS : Lencom has confirmed this to be a bug in the Lencom system library. This bug has been corrected on October 18, 2002
"Click on button 'Go there' makes Visual Web Task to freeze..."
SYMPTOMS : After clicking on 'go there' button the application stops to react.
CAUSE : The problem is caused by - or _ charachters that may be inside on the task name.
STATUS : Lencom has confirmed this to be a bug in the Lencom system library.
Don't use - or _ in the name of the task file.
Discovered on July 2002 .
"Register button is always grey.."
SYMPTOMS : The "Register" button remains grey after pasting registration code in. Applies to all products
CAUSE : The problem is caused by "line break" charachters that may be entered when user copy registration code from email .
STATUS : Lencom has confirmed this to be a bug in the Lencom system library. This bug has been corrected on May 10 2002
"Extractor stops to react after collecting 1000-1500 emails.."
SYMPTOMS : The product stops to react after 1-2 hours of working occuping large space of operational memory Applies to Fast Email Extactor
CAUSE : The problem is caused by memory leak.
STATUS : Lencom has confirmed this to be a bug in the Lencom system library. This bug has been corrected on February 21 2002.

SYMPTOMS : After instalation of "IE security fix dated 2/11/02" the product doesn't work. Applies to FEE, VWT, ISA
CAUSE : The problem is caused by unexpected changes in I.E. object access permission model.
STATUS : Lencom has confirmed this to be a bug in the Lencom system library. This bug has been corrected on February 15 2002.
"Version corrupted"
SYMPTOMS : "Version corrupted" message pops up when trying to press button 'Register'. Applies to FEE, VWT, ISA
CAUSE : The problem is caused by a bug in Lencom security library .
STATUS : Lencom has confirmed this to be a bug in the Lencom system library. This bug has been corrected on January 25 2002.
