VirtualClerk is a cash register emulator for Windows 95 that also works on certain versions of Windows NT. It has all the standard functions of a cash register, including customizable taxes, discounts, bill printing, log files, item databases, and so on. It also features a credit database, which allows customers to purchase items on an internal credit system. This software is best suited for those who own small stores who do not wish to purchase a dedicated cash register. This new version has an improved interface, support for multiple currencies, added security functions, more inventory tracking options in the items database, more credit tracking options in the credit database, a cashier database, and report building where databases can be queried easily. This is a fully functional, 15-day trial.
