HR Suite is a program for employment agencies and human resources departments. It lets you scan resumes for skills while it maintains a profile and history of prospective candidates and clients. At the same time, it records details of required skills for a selected job industry. HR Suite lets you add new candidates, clients, and contacts, modify existing information, and generate reports that match candidates to criteria. A security system allows program administrators to restrict unauthorized access. Employers can perform a keyword search on resumes, and a report provides a chart with the number of keyword hits in each resume. HR Suite 4.0 lets you send and receive e-mail without leaving the HR Employees module, track meeting minutes, track your daily schedule, and generate dynamic reports. Note: For the initial login, use dba for the user ID and sql for the password. Consult the online help for modifying the password.
