"Basic Auto Expense Log allows you to track automobile expenses for reimbursement or business tax deduction purposes. The Software allows you to track date of each expense, and enter variety of expenses such as Miles Driven, Parking, Tolls, Gas Cost, Gas Usage, Oil and Lube, and Repairs. In addition, you may customize and enter up to 4 additional expense types. Auto expenses can be categorized and grouped. If you are an employee who gets reimbursed for business use of your automobile, reimbursement status of each expense can also be logged. The Software allows you to filter and view expenses by Date, Category and/or Reimbursement status. Prints formatted auto expense reports or exports data to MS Excel CSV file. Features easy to use, single screen interface and requires minimal amount of disk space to install."
