HRmgr is a human resources management tool. It is designed to help you keep your employee information organized and easily accessible. The data that can be stored in the database covers a wide range of useful employee information. HRmgr also provides backup, restore and database utilities. This program should work well for the human resources information storage and organization needs of any type of small to medium business. Version 3.01 added an Applicant Tracking Module and End User Reporting capability. The Benefits Tracking module and the Attendance/Leave module have also been improved.Enhancements and changes in version 4.1: Completely redesigned the Benefits modules to incorporate employee eligibility, plan values, dependent coverage types, and coverage waiting periods; New Filtering module to view or set the employee list views; Users can build search criteria statements and optionally save these statements in a file for later use; Added ability to store employee pictures in the Employee Data module, from any Jpg or Bmp format source; Enhanced the Training module to automatically set the number of required hours, based on the training type, and optionally set a renewal date; and more.
