"CalcuNote is an arithmetic calculator that records, documents, and communicates your calculations in a natural way, the same way you would write them down on a piece of paper. You enter numbers, fractions, time values, and annotations directly onto a fully editable, resizable tape making it easy to verify, revise, reuse, and document calculations. A 'link' feature enables you to use the total from one calculation in one or more other calculations and have that total automatically updated in every place that it is used if its value changes at its original location. A unique 'side tape' enables you to interrupt a calculation on the main tape, make a separate calculation on the side tape, then return to the main tape to find the results of the side calculation automatically inserted at the point of interruption."Additional features include an editable memory tape, the automatic annotation of totals as they are stored on the memory tape, the printing of tapes to the printer or an Internet Document (html) file or a Word 97 (doc) file, printed page layout options, a print preview, a running total, and the saving of tapes to CalcuNote files."
