Headway is a user-friendly accounting program for small and medium-size financial companies and individuals. The program features several languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian. The program allows two fiscal years to be open simultaneously for one or more companies, with the balances of the accounts of both fiscal years being updated when accounting transactions are recorded in the current or previous fiscal year. The program allows up to 25 intermediate closing periods to be set for a fiscal year. A ledger may normally have 4 intermediate closing periods corresponding to VAT quarter ends. An unlimited number of currencies can be used. Ready-to-use templates include a currency table, a balance sheet/profit and loss account format, and a chart of accounts. This update features automatic calculations of taxes or VAT and printing of the journal. This is a 30-day trial version.
