4th Dimension (also known as 4D) is a cross-platform relational database capable of creating tools, client/server solutions, and Web content for your business. With it, you can create simple database structures and use 4D's wizards to create automatic data entry and report forms. You can also use the built-in querying and reporting tools to generate sophisticated reports. You can even add menus, form objects, and procedurally control them to create completely customized user interfaces. Version 6.5 now features 130 new commands, query, indexing, and sequential operations are significantly faster. The integrated Web server produces tighter HTML on-the-fly and supports HTML frames, multi-homing, DHTML, and more. The demo version only allows 50 entries and includes a sample database. The full commercial version of 4D costs $349.
