Minutes in Seconds (MIS) is a Windows-based tool to speed and simplify the task of creating corporate meeting minutes. It minimizes typing through the use of minutes templates (samples), predrafted articles (topics), and automatic substitution variables. No other word processor is necessary--MIS is a standalone application. MIS can be easily adapted for any type of meeting, such as city council, school board, professional and trade association, and other company meetings. Minutes for any number of different companies can be easily managed. MIS also offers the ability to track status of minutes; manage director, officer, and shareholder information; print meeting notices and waiver of meeting notices; search all minutes for user-specified text; and back up minutes files.
