Phone Dialer Pro is a versatile phone-dialing utility for tracking calls and redialing if the line is busy. You can group phone numbers in up to 26 tabbed windows, each of which may have more than 80 pages, with each page containing 12 speed-dial buttons. You can organize your speed-dial pages in alphabetical order or by subject tabs that can be reordered for your convenience. Multiple users can keep separate profiles with their own dialing lists. When your connection is made, a small window pops up to display a memo form with information such as your account number and password, as well as a log of calls to the number. You can choose the number of redial attempts and sequence tone keypad input, including pause entries for dealing with switchboards and automated attendants. Each dialing entry can consist of up to 256 characters, so the program is ideal for users who log in to automated banking or investment accounts that have several menu choices and data entry of account numbers or other information by keypad. Detailed documentation covers all the features. Also included is a Caller ID feature and the ability to make phone calls without needing a modem. The program allows long dialing sequences, 999 redials, and audio notification when a call is connected. Furthermore, you can accept phone call requests from other applications such as PIMs (personal managers), databases, spreadsheets, word processors, and address books. All dialing requests are queued and executed sequentially after each completed call. This latest version gives users the ability to dial phone numbers from any document or browser page.
