"CamPane is a database program for people who are running for political office. It helps a political candidate manage information on donors, staff, volunteers, contacts, and voters. It will help a candidate set up a budget and then tracks pledges, contributions, and expenditures as they relate to the budget. It will provide a candidate with most information that they need to file campaign reports. It does individual/batch faxing, individual/batch e-mail, voter household & individual mail labels, and voter household & individual mail merge. It has an import module that allows the candidate to import data into the program. It comes with it's own database of politically relevant websites that are updated periodically by the authors. The voter and donor database allows for a variety of information to be stored including personal and professional information."
