"The Scheduler will help you to get control of your personnel and their activities. You build a list of staff down the left side of the program window, then view activities indicated by color-coded bars in the calendar on the right. You can sort by time period, activity, department, organizational position, and more. A quick mouse click on a name shows all the events related to that individual. A handy graph view lets you check the high and low activity days. A 'squeeze' button lets you view line graphs of all activities of all personnel to get an overview of the action. Detailed sample data for a military organization allows you to experiment with the program features. The Scheduler is network-ready and offers editing control for access to schedule changes. Plenty of information is easily accessible, but you won't be able to schedule hourly duties; only half- or whole-day events are supported." Note: In this demo version, changes made to the Personnel list will not take effect upon returning to the main screen
