Problem Solved is an affordable, network-ready help desk program that includes an integrated HTTP server so your users can submit support requests with their browsers. Query and Report wizards let technicians quickly search the database and create ad hoc reports. Quickly filter and export data to CSV, HTML, or bar graphs with two clicks. The capability to accept support requests via browser does NOT require IIS, PWS, CGI, ASP, Java, or even HTML. Problem Solved is designed to be easy to implement and simple to use. Version 3.5 includes many changes, including a spreadsheet wizard to quickly export data in Microsoft Excel format, improving reporting. Now easily apply a query before printing any report and search for text while previewing. There are also tag pages for printing, and sample support request web pages are now provided which you can customize. Note: The program developer requires a static IP address for HTTP server functionality. The program can be used without enabling the browser-based support-request feature.
