AEsti is a job-cost estimator for construction projects. You create a file for each job, listing the project, dates, man power, and material required. There are program options to set your company name, profit margin, and local taxes. AEsti automatically computes extension costs on the basis of unit price and quantity. It keeps detailed costs for company use and includes a client form with billable costs. The new version is a major program revision, and now includes new features and an improved user interface. This release includes extra features, improved interface and bug fixes.
