ACES Personalization Kit 2.1 for MS IIS is a set of easy-to-integrate tools for providing MS IIS with additional authorization support based on the flexibility of Apache-style configuration files stored in protected areas. It allows any Internet or Intranet site owner to build and manage customer relationships, direct personalized information to individual users, understand customer usage patterns, build communities among members, and control access to the content and user information. With this tool you will be able to store user data separately from standard Windows NT/2000 users and organize the advanced database management. ACL presented in the form of text files contribute much to software flexibility. It allows changing configuration without much effort, uploading ACL files by HTTP protocol and provides the complete adjustment to Apache server authentication system. The security level of the tool becomes much higher as compared to the 1.0 version thanks to some changes concerning authentication algorithm. Now besides Cookie-free Basic and Cookie authentication the product allows you to use more secure Digest authentication. Moreover you can specify redirect parameters of different server states and keep the log of ACES Personalization Kit filters operation.
