AttendView timeclock software is an easy-to-use value-priced solution for tracking employee attendance and monitoring their status. It can run stand-alone on a single PC or be used in a local area network on multiple computers. It can create various types reports - detailed, daily, weekly, department, job, excessive hours and others. It includes the AVClock, a 'timeclock' which can be used to clock in/out with the keyboard or magnetic or barcode card reader and provides a realtime display of the employees' in/out status and hours worked. Flexible policies are available including snapping to a scheduled clock in or out time, automatically deduction of a lunch break. AVClock can get the time from a NTP server on each clock in/out, which deters cheating by employees and keeps your computers synchronized. The data is maintained in Access format, which is compatible with many applications. AttendView is also customizable with skins, sounds and animations.
