This suite of three Web-based Help Desk and CRM applications includes: Customer+Center, an application for customers to submit and update support tickets; Tech+Center, an application for support staff to track and manage cases; and Business+Center, a CRM tool for the sales team. Web+Center runs on Windows NT/2000/XP (Workstation or Server) using MS IIS. The latest version includes an Asset Management Component as well as a Case Scheduler/Preventative Maintenance module, customer surveys, auto-escalation, and language Internationalization options.
