This utility program accepts a URL as input and constructs an EML containing the HTML and downloads and embeds all images and style sheets referenced from the web page. Scripts are cleanly removed to allow the EML to be viewed in security sensitive Email clients like Outlook. Once you have EML, you can double-click the .EML file to bring up Outlook, add recipients, change the subject, and send.
