Resplendent Registrar is a full-featured Registry editor and manager. It allows you to cut, copy, paste, move, delete, and rename keys and values. It offers remote Registry editing; .reg and hive (Regedit and RegEdt32 compatible) file editing; import, export, backup, and restore functionality; and flexible property pages for setting keys and values. A built-in Registry monitor allows you to monitor and optionally restore Registry changes by external applications (Windows XP/2000/NT only). When running on Windows XP/2000/NT, the program can use its security features by offering permission, auditing, and ownership dialogs. Each action performed with the program can also be individually undone. The program also offers the option to edit offline Registry images on a disk, allowing you to rescue corrupt Windows installations.
