CMV is a small and smart programming tool that supports software engineering under C in the subjects modularity, overview and navigation. There is a variety of integrated development environments, editors, compilers and debuggers. CMV is not a replacement for any of them, but CMV is meant to supplement them. CMV is not supposed to be a 'garage', but a beneficial 'tool' useful in most 'garages' to make them more effective.
