"The Enterprise Estimate Software System is a series of software modules that allow HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air-Conditioning) service companies to automate their entire work flow process. It includes the following modules: Estimating: The estimating module allows you to create HVAC service estimates that include parts pricing, labor costs, subcontractor costs, and many different types of items. Parts Requisition: From the completed estimate, you can create a parts requisition that is used by the parts department personnel. Billing: A billing request is created for each parts requisition that allows the billing person to view a list of all parts and their actual purchase prices, purchase order numbers, arrival dates, and more. Central Database: All 3 of the above programs depend upon information from the central database. This database is populated and edited using the ‘Central Database’ software module. It contains forms for inputting customer information, rates, vendor information, parts pricing, and much more.”
