Alexsys Team is a multi-user software package for Windows and the Web. Record Work Requests to track assignments such as action items, product features, project tasks, defects, and help desk calls. You can collaborate, manage projects using milestones, create personal work lists, and analyze/balance workloads. Team includes a customizable database and data entry forms, sorts and filters, email notifications, automatic escalations and more. Team 2 comes with its own internal database and also works with Microsoft SQL and Oracle Servers. This software package includes Team 2 for Windows, Team-Web to access Team from the Web, and Team WebEntry to allow non-Team users to enter Work Requests via the Web. This new version includes: Integration with Microsoft Outlook, Billable Time Recording, Customizable Lookup Tables, Money fields, Archive/Restore Work Requests, Multiple Work Request windows, ADO support for MS-SQL or Oracle Databases and many other enhancements.
