Use your regular phone line to send, receive and manage fax images on your PC as easily as e-mail. Connect your computer to a phone and start receiving faxes in your MS Outlook 'Inbox' folder. Open, reply or forward them to another fax or e-mail recipients like regular e-mail using your MS Outlook address book. Send fax images to multiple recipients simultaneously. All sent faxes will be stored in the 'Sent Items' folder and marked as 'fax'. You will be able to create, send and receive facsimile messages from Windows 2000/XP, Internet Explorer and MS Office programs. Free cover page templates are included. In case you are not using MS Outlook or would like to keep your fax correspondence out of MS Outlook folders, we offer a convenient and easy-to-use interface that looks exactly like a fax machine that can be launched from the Desktop. Its 'Send Now' feature will allow you to simply load a document, type a fax number and click the 'Send Now' button. The 'Drag & Drop' feature will make it possible to send files as fax images. All sent and received fax images are viewable in 'Inbox' or 'Sent Items' folders. Adding 'Change Subject' to the 'Fax' menu in Outlook allows changing of the subject in a fax message. New easy-to-use Desktop Interface! It looks and functions exactly like a fax machine and can be used without MS Outlook.
