You will get more than 20 useful reports that show who is absent and why. A friendly icon based interface lets you drag/drop symbols onto the calendar to show reasons for absence. Editable company options let you set levels of sick leave, vacation, and personal time, develop policies on accrual amounts, setup minimum employment time for various absence categories and even note hourly working conditions.
