RS232 Hex Com Tool is a software terminal program that communicates with just about any RS232 peripheral. RS232 Hex Com Tool is easy to use and RS232 setup data can be saved for multiple peripherals and later retrieved for easy setup of each individual device. Retrieving the setup can even open the correct port if the port was open when the data was saved. Example peripherals include: Modems, Digital Meters, Oscilloscopes, Motor Controllers, Data Acquisition, USB/RS232 Hubs, Embedded RS232 Devices, Etc. Version 3.0 has options for number bytes per line and how often each line is updated in the receive window. The baud rate is totally adjustable for standard or non-standard baud rates from 110-115200. Embedded developers can use RS232 Hex Com Tool for troubleshooting Micro/PC communication. RS232 Com Tool can be setup to transmit or receive data in either Hex or ASCII, in either combination, and the data can be easily entered on the keyboard in Hex.
