ON Studio is a complete 3D development tool that enables users of all experience levels to build complete, interactive 3D simulations easily and with no programming required. You create simulations via three main elements: a components window, simulation tree, and a routes window. Simply import 3D objects from 3D Studio MAX (or in any of 14 other 3D and CAD file formats supported); edit color, lighting, and so on; then insert other multimedia elements as needed. Nodes from the components window, such as a walkabout or ocean waves, can be dragged and dropped onto the simulation tree to create an event stream. Thus a 3D simulation is constructed in much the same way as a PowerPoint or other computer presentation; various files are inserted into a base document, backgrounds and other materials are edited, then the entire show is assembled and finally run as a finished production. With EON Studio, hiqh-quality 3D simulations for Web marketing, training, or presentations are put together quickly rather than programmed laboriously.
