DocNest 32 is a robust document management system for storage of almost all types of files on SQL type database. It is TWAIN compatible so images can be loaded directly from cameras, or, as single or multi-page documents, from scanners. One can build unlimited number of folders and subfolders, and archive any kind of computer files from any application installed on your PC, such as MS Word, MS Excel, Image files, Web pages, faxes, and Email messages. With the Drag&Drop functionality you can import E-Mails from Outlook, or files and even complete folder trees, from the Windows explorer. Documents from different types can be arranged in stacks. It allows user defined indexes, and smart retrieval options. User can use document extended management options such as Reminders, Stick-note, Remark list and Audio attachment. Documents of various types can be printed, faxed or E-mailed with one command. The system can be upgraded to allow: Direct Save from MS Office applications directly to DocNest and full text search. Multi-users can purchase the client/server or the Web versions.
