The Neighbourhood Watch administration system (NW Works!)is a database application designed to organize your members, and contacts in a security group. You'll find all the contact info at your fingertips, with member data, a crime register, an event log,a notes database, and even a finance module if you collect dues or member fees. You can build regional sub-groups by street or area, then view residents, addresses, and incident logs with just a click. Select a member, and one click will create a contact tree calling list for that person. You can keep in touch with the groups by email, using the built-in editor and blind carbon copy (BCC:) addressing to send personalized correspondence to the group. Autodialing is also available to speed phoning members. Sample data and an extensive help file will get you started exercising the program features.
