Kathleen's Diet Planner lets you create detailed diet and exercise plans for any number of individuals. It has everything you might want in a nutrition/diet/recipe/meal/exercise planning package. You create a database of people, with favorite foods and nutritional requirements, then build meals for each individual on any day by choosing the component from an extensive food database (28,000 food entries). Fast-fill lets you jump quickly to foods by entering the first letter or two, then clicking to choose. This new version contains the USDA 14 foods database and Canadian Nutrient File 2001 to supply over 132 nutrient values. When the meal is completed, you can total numbers for the meal or the day. Graphics depict percentages by meal for carbs, proteins, fat, and calories. You can save your favorite meal plans and print or email them.The Progress Tracker will log weight, ketosis (fat burning), blood pressure, blood glucose, exercise, measurements and medications. You can chart all these items on the same chart enabling you to tune your diet Even has a Photo Album for before and after pictures!
