MAX features central configuration, service level management and Virtual MAX capabilities. The SLM feature supports a flexible SLA definition, monitors SLA conformance and alerts you through email, SMS or pager whenever it falls below the specified performance level. The Virtual MAX feature offers logical partitioning of all components managed by MAX into multiple logical customer views.
