Sql-XMail can send personalized messages (e-mail, e-mail2fax) using data from your database. Sql-XMail does not import data into a local database and it can be connected to a remote database. Sql-XMail can be connected to any 'ODBC compliant' database as well as to Oracle, Informix, DB2, Progress, Sybase, Microsoft SqlServer. Sql-XMail enables the creation of different queries on the database in an interactive way. It is not necessary for the user to know the type of database the product is connected to. Sql-XMail allows a manual data inclusion/exclusion into a result set. Sql-XMail enables sending e-mails by using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express or the SMTP native driver. This results in a greater flexibility and fitting of the product to the e-mail client of any company. You can send messages either in HTML or in text format. Sql-XMail enables receiving e-mails; it automatically recognizes and stores the incorrect e-mail addresses and excludes the unsubscribed ones.
