"Data Extract is a Excel add-in that allows you to surgically copy data from a worksheet and paste it to another worksheet by the click of a single button. Data Extract even automatically ignores hidden rows and columns of information on the worksheet you are copying from. When copying, Data Extract can also automatically copy selected columns from the worksheet your copied data is on including them in the paste. This feature saves time and effort especially when you are copying from a table and must include unique record identifiers when you are pasting. When pasting your selection, Data Extract groups all of your information together into a new mini table. If you are pasting into an existing worksheet table, Data Extract can insert rows or cells beneath your paste area allowing you to paste the data without overwriting existing data."
