Opportunity Manager is the first CRM/collaboration tool completely integrated into Microsoft’s Outlook/Exchange platform. The system offers comprehensive customer-, contact-, pipeline-, document- and email management. Unique features include automatic journalization of outgoing and incoming emails, as well as Microsoft Office documents. The Basic version is free of charge and works seamlessly within your Microsoft Outlook 2000 and 2002. The Enterprise version allows you to share data with your colleagues, using the Microsoft Exchange Public Folders. Using the Exchange Server for data storage, you have – for the first time – access to the entire dialog you have with your customers, throughout the enterprise. The dialog store (Journal) includes incoming emails, outgoing emails, projects, pipelines, MS Office documents, other file format known to Windows and scanned documents.
