Mail Express is a useful application that is designed to help you send emails to recipients by yourself. You don't need other SMTP server to send emails, and you can send emails faster, safer and easier. Multi-thread technology is used in it, so you can set up to 100 threads to send emails. If some emails is sent failed, Mail Express 2002 will move them to 'failed' folder and send you a notify email (always because of incorrect email address of recipient), then you can recorrect it and resend it, all operations is in Mail Express 2002. But all what you need to do is change the SMTP server setting of your mail software to 'localhost'.
