"Telco Manager (TelcoMgr) is a computer software application designed to help you accurately record your business telephone and data services. The program includes a database that can be used for multiple customers such as a vendor may wish to maintain or for a single end-user with multiple locations. The relational databases include the following information: "Master Telephone Company (Telco) or Service Carrier account data. Detailed line, circuit and/or service data, including summary cost. Telco history log for each customer/location that you may maintain in chronological order. An asset database for complete systems and components. TelcoMgr provides a variety of printed reports, including summary review of existing information, and new, or planned changes. User Telephone Directories can be easily created and edited. Telco Rate Comparison Table and Worksheet. A Telco Glossary for easy lookup of common and uncommon terms. An 'Import' and 'Export' tool is included to allow information among multiple locations."
