This program checks your mail on tray (next to clock). It only checks mail, it doesn't download any mail. So you have to use your e-mail program to download mail. It saves from running Outlook just to check mail. This program is Stand-Alone exe. It doesn't need any DLL-s or OCX-s. It doesn't write anything into the Windows registry or System folders. It was designed to use as less processor power as possible (almost none). Since I'm a gamer too, I can let that program run on tray without any performance hit.
