SHIC is the software component which is the environment for programming using any script language (e.g., vb-script, Java-script). SHIC applicability range may be defined as follows: SHIC is a tool for script language programs' creation and debugging. Besides configuring and administering the software environment it is intended for running simple codes aimed mostly at the pre-defined object accessing. SHIC is a script debugging tool, for scripts run by external applications.
