"Find & Replace is a highly reliable solution to support software and users that process Text files or incorporate Template files in their processing. Given a text file, a search string, and a replace string, F&R will make the substitutions and put the results in an output file. The only option is case-sensitive or not. Any displayable ASCII characters can be used. F&R is provided in two forms: 1) a program file that can be run from the DOS commandline or from a Script. 2) the C/C++ source code that gives Find&Replace capability via a subroutine call."
