WebMiner finds specific Internet content online and transfers the files to your local hard drive. The tabbed interface provides an easily mastered venue for downloading program files, HTML content, and image files, or for mirroring entire Web sites. Add as many starting URLs as you like to initiate the process. Add optional authentication information, then select the file types you want to retrieve. WebMiner begins a recursive scan and maps the sites as a tree-view listing. Once the scan is complete, you can browse the list and retrieve the files you want, or direct that downloading automatically commence without intervention. WebMiner provides some versatile options for handling local folder structures, duplicate filenames, and search-depth parameters. Other features include an integrated image viewer, logging, system-tray support, and bookmark validation.
