"The program the Document Report & Archive is intended for small business. Allows to create the documents on the basis of patterns and automatically to fill by their data from a database. The work with the program begins with designing of a database. Further user defines bookmarks, that is nominates to sample of a database the name by the following stage, he creates or edits an existing template. On places there should be information from a database the user inserts bookmarks or textual fields. Then he compares bookmarks MS Word and the bookmarks, which were nominated by it earlier. In section the documents the user can add of the new clients, to bring in the data on it, to create the documents on the basis of templates and to save them."
