"OptiVec for Delphi contains more than 3,000 hand-optimized, assembler-written functions for all floating-point and integer data types. They are designed to be two to three times faster on average than compiled Delphi source code of the same functionality. The fields that are covered include vectorized forms of all arithmetic operators and math functions of Pascal/Delphi; statistics; analysis (derivatives, integrals, extrema, interpolation); Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) techniques for efficient convolutions, correlation analyses, spectral filtering, and so on; curve fitting for polynomial and general-linear models; graphical representation of data in Cartesian coordinates; matrix operations such as multiplication, inversion, LU decomposition, singular value decomposition, two-dimensional FFT, and eigenvalues; and complex number math. The vectorized implementation in assembler ensures not only superior speed, but in many instances, the numerical accuracy is improved as well. All OptiVec functions are optimized for Pentium/Pentium II, but will run on computers down to 386. This updated version is for Delphi 5; new features:data-fitting to nonlinear models and with multiple data sets (previously available only in OptiVec for C/C++) documentation now in HTML (instead of ASCII text)functions for polar-complex vectors,real-to-complex FFT and a few new math functions" Note: This version is a 90-day trial.
