"The Date Dialogue package, PVDD.EXE, contains a Date Dialogue DLL Overlay, an associated Tester, and a Help File containing a description and a full reference. The Overlay provides two basic functions: A) To capture dates and ranges by means of a calendar which shows all information that could be relevant to the user making the selection. The advantages are that in all cases the user is prevented from choosing a date or range that your application cannot support. B) To provide your application with Notable Dates - in the form of Public Holidays and certain useful Seasonal Dates for a wide range of years. Currently these functions only support information for the British Isles."
