This version contains both Win6 and Win32 dynamic link libraries (DLLs), can be used with any application capable of calling the Windows API, and requires Borland Delphi (any version) to run. With FCE4D, you can write programs that will connect to an FTP server, get files, navigate the server, specify ASCII or binary transfer mode, and download, upload, or delete files."
