Applet PopupMenu Builder is, as the name implies, a design tool made to create pop-up menu applets for your Web pages. You can define text, image, font, color, URL, and several other parameters for each applet, and you don't need to write any code by yourself--the included Applet Configuration program will generate it for you. In fact, you don't even need to specify the properties for each individual item--there is a Global Properties Change function that will let you specify the properties to many items at once or command several applets to point to a single set of parameters, allowing you to make alterations in batches. You can also preview each applet without quitting the program. A detailed help file is also included. This program supports image effects, sound effects, unlimited menu levels, and more.
