ôGbSchedule allows for six different display modes with Day/Room/Time manipulations. The time can be displayed across the top or left depending on preference. The control features cross-window and cross-application drags of scheduled appointments. Appointments can even by moved or copied to another schedule with a different Day/Room/Time configuration. Also, it automatically scrolls while moving/coping an appointment. The date and time ranges are completely configurable as are the rooms with a Rooms collection. All appointments are stored in a ScheduleItems collection. This can be loaded/saved to a database in one loop. Each appointment can be associated with a color-coded category. All categories are configured with a Categories collection. Add whatever ones you wish and associate a color with each. In addition, each appointment can be associated with a provider as well. The Providers collection allows you to define people that have appointments associated with them. Each provider has a color for easy viewing and can even have his or her own available times to be in the office. This enables, at a glance, for the user to discern which category, provider, time-slot, day, and optionally room for any particular appointment. The providerÆs available and schedule times are display in the left margin. Setup the Providers collection and add as many people as you desire. The functionality is larger than many schedulers on the market due to the fact that there are ever more complex scheduling needs from end-users. Many offices now needs appointments to be associated with people (providers) and categories. This allows for revenue and people tracking. GbSchedule allows you to do this with surprising ease.ö
