NTSet is a collection of Delphi/C++ Builder components for directly accessing Windows NT features. The set includes seven components: TNTService, TEventLog, TUserMan, TShare, TFileSecurity, TNTRegSecurity, and TNTPrivilege. The current version amends support for Windows 95/98 and improves the performance of components that deal with security attributes. Features include a TNTVerifyLogon component, Windows 2000 support, C++ Builder compatibility, support for Delphi 6, a new component TNTMessage (sends messages over the network to a remote computer), limited support for ADS, and more. Version 1.11 added a new TNTNetBrowser add-on, a new LogReadMode property for TNTEventLog, help file updates, a new TNTUserMan component, and minor bug fixes. This update features various enhancements and bug fixes.
