This is an ActiveX control for generating bar codes (see a screenshot). Simply enter the desired bar code text and select the bar code type you want: the bar code is generated into your document--what you see is what you get. It is an easy way to add bar codes to your word processing, database, DTP application, or developing environment. Even bar code automation is simple: bind a field from your database to ActiveBarcode, and you will get the correct bar code in your forms, labels and reports. ActiveBarcode works with all apps and development tools that support ActiveX: Microsoft Office 97 and 2000, Visual Studio, Visual C++, Visual Basic and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), J++, Visual FoxPro, Access97, Access 2000, Word, Excel, Works 4.5, FrontPage, Powerbuilder, Delphi, and many more. It supports all popular bar code types. Note: When ActiveBarcode is installed it automatically puts barcode.ocx into your registry. Barcode.ocx is not an executable file. To get functionality from ActiveBarcode you need a client.
