"ATEasy is a rapid application development framework for functional test, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), data acquisition, process control and instrumentation systems. ATEasy provides all the necessary tools to deveop software components from instrumet drivers to complex test programs. ATEasy may be also used to develop and prototype drivers for GPIB, RS232, VXI and PC boards such as PCI and ISA boards (as it lets you to read and write directly to the PC IO Ports and memory).
