NCTVideoConverter ActiveX DLL is a video files converter. It can be used to build applications that allow end-users to perform conversion of various video file formats. It supports all major video formats, including AVI (uncompressed, Cinepak, MPEG4, DivX), RM (Real Media), WMV (Windows Media Video), MPEG-1 and 2 and Layer 1, 2, and 3. The following audio formats are supported in AVI files: uncompressed PCM, ADPCM, MP3 (all bit rates), and ALF2CD. With NCTVideoConverter ActiveX DLL you get free MS Visual Basic 6.0 samples that demonstrate the capabilities of the control. Many modern features were added in the latest versions. For example now you can save and load video conversion and effects settings using XML.
